Demolition and removal of Boiler #3, piping removals for Boilers #1 &2, breeching and stack removals, upper and lower mezzanine removals, fuel oils system removals. ACM removals from all pipe, valves, exchanges, internal boiler components, breeching insulation. Decommission, clean and remove 6 Underground storage tanks (UST). Site restoration including sidewalks and parking lots.
