In 2013, the Niagara Falls City School District undertook a significant site preparation construction project. This project involved extensive work across multiple school facilities, including Harry F. Abate, Henry J. Kalfas, Geraldine J. Mann, and Maple Avenue elementary schools, as well as LaSalle Prep and Gaskill Prep schools, and Niagara Falls High School. The scope of work included:

  • Demolition and removal of existing structures and materials
  • Excavation and grading to prepare the sites for new construction
  • Installation of new utility lines and infrastructure
  • Site improvements such as new parking lots, sidewalks, and lighting
  • This project was part of a broader effort to upgrade and modernize the school district’s facilities, ensuring a better learning environment for students
