Project Manager: Sean Slagle
One of Buffalo’s most iconic buildings and a National Historic Landmark, the 140-year-old Richardson Olmsted Complex, is being revitalized after years of neglect. Today, the Richardson Olmsted Complex is being transformed into a cultural amenity for the city, beginning with Hotel Henry Urban Resort Conference Center and the Buffalo Architecture Center in the iconic Towers Building and two flanking buildings. Mark Cerrone, Inc. is proud to be the site prime contractor on this project and the revitalization of Buffalo. Our work on site includes installation of new road and parking lots, Bio-retention soils and ponds, directional boring for utilities and more.
