The project includes the demolition and removal of designated portions of the existing outfall structure, followed by construction of a deep foundation system, including the northern pier and wingwall and the southern pier and wingwall. Work also consists of the installation, testing, and commissioning of new backwater gate assemblies, complete with a new access platform, associated electrical components, and perimeter fencing. All work shall include required site restoration, coordination with affected parties, and the implementation of traffic protection measures, in accordance with the contract documents and as depicted on the approved plans.
