The project includes roadway, trackbed, and sidewalk rehabilitation and reconstruction along Main Street and Eagle Street (Main Street to Washington Street). Work consists of pavement and sidewalk reconstruction, rail and trackbed replacement, curbing, drainage, utility work, landscaping and streetscape elements, traffic control and lighting, automated gates, LRRT system and overhead catenary modifications, and installation of signage and security features.
