This project, part of UB’s Heart of the Campus initiative, aimed to enhance living and learning spaces by providing a vibrant, internationally themed dining facility. Mark Cerrone Inc. was responsible for the comprehensive site development, which included demolition, excavation, and utility installations. Their expertise ensured the project was completed efficiently and safely, despite the challenges of working in one of the busiest areas on campus.
