Project Manager: John Toscano

Project Value: $19 Million

MCI’s Role: Prime Contractor

By spring 2018, visitors to the city of Niagara Falls will be able to more clearly admire the view of the Niagara River, in close proximity of the world famous Niagara Falls, after completion of an ongoing project to replace approximately one mile of the southern section of the Robert Moses Parkway, which is now known as the Niagara Scenic Parkway. Mark Cerrone, Inc. was contracted to further beautify the park and improve the line of sight along the edge of the Niagara River, which hitherto has been obscured by an overpass and Parkway ramps. This $19 million project includes extensive excavating, bridge removal, road work, landscaping, visitors’ paths and park lighting.
